Are you a big fan of Leche flan? Well, in Kuya J, you can order the Table Flan with Coffee Syrup. This yummy treat is made from 100% Batangas Tablea and is topped with coconut shavings and bits of barquillos.
Spice lovers, on the other hand, will be thrilled with the Chorizo Dinamitas.
As you can probably figure out from its name, this is Cebuano chorizo combined with dynamites (or stuffed chili pepper) for your spicy cravings. Dip it in the special sauce and you will be pleased with the crispy, tasty sensation this will leave in your mouth.
Pochero Tagalog is made of Slow-cooked beef shank in a rich savory broth. With corn, saging na saba, kamote and Baguio beans.
Served with butter and cheese, Grilled Scallops boast perfect sweetness and buttery goodness. This dish is so rich and delicious it goes perfect with rice. A single bite will instantly confirm why this has become one of Kuya J’s best sellers.
Sinangag with bagoong alamang. Topped with chopped binagoongang baboy, green mangoes, bell peppers and red onions.
