The Commonwealth Insurance Company (CIC) recently announced that they now have a 24/7 tow truck roadside assistance that will serve the Negros Island Region (NIR).
Commonwealth Insurance is the first to offer an in-house tow truck service in Bacolod and Negros Island. The flat bed tow truck was blessed and presented to the media at their office near Burgos-Locsin Sts.
