Megaworld the property giant formally breaks ground for Forbes Hill, the first and only upscale residential village in the Visayas at the 53-hectare Northill Gateway township along the new Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
Nestled along the quiet side of the integrated urban township that will soon have its own mall and commercial center as well as lifestyle and recreational facilities, Forbes Hill will rise to be the home of Bacolod’s privileged few.
Dubbed as Bacolod’s most expensive village that features its own courtyard garden entrance with a giant European-inspired fountain and first-of-its-kind lifestyle amenities, Forbes Hill will offer its residents with expansive flood-free roads, parks and open spaces, underground cabling system and first-class clubhouse amenities.
