Carmen’s Kitchen in Bacolod City
Enjoy yourself at the Masskara Festival in Bacolod this October. It is one of the biggest holidays in the nation. But, surprisingly, for more than 40 years, the festival has given both locals and visitors from other countries a chance to have fun, drink, and party on the streets of Bacolod.
There are many things to do at the MassKara Festival, including attending the annual beauty contest featuring the MassKara Queen, carnivals, drum and bugle corps competitions, sporting activities, musical performances, agricultural trade fairs, and gardening displays.

You must eat at Carmen’s Kitchen to appease your hunger and satisfy your palate while enjoying Masskara Festival. Without dining at Carmen’s Kitchen, a day at the Masskara Festival is not complete. The Manalotos own Carmen’s Kitchen, which is the newest “it” restaurant for tourists and locals who are attending the Masskara Festival. In addition to the mouthwatering meal, I like Carmen’s Kitchen’s spacious, hygienic, and cozy atmosphere.
The restaurant’s owners are actively involved in the restaurant’s day-to-day operation, with one helping to prepare the meals while the other is busy running the business. The quick, friendly, and helpful customer service is another perk. That’s why it makes sense that they have already caught up to more renowned local restaurants.
The excellent meal is still the main reason why people must eat at Carmen’s Kitchen. Dynamite shrimp, steak frites, hot prawn salad, crispy Kare-Kare, cansi steak, pepper steak, shrimp scampi, Brazilian ribeye salpicao, chicken burger, and many other dishes are among their specialties.

Carmen’s Kitchen is also ideal for birthdays, family get-togethers, business meetings, social events, and many other occasions. The restaurant has two (2) function rooms, each of which costs Php 6,000 and can hold thirty (30) guests for three (3) hours. These rooms are perfect for private birthday celebrations and christenings!

The Carmen’s Kitchen is located in Unit 1A Del Rio II Building, B.S. Aquino Drive (directly across Metrobank), Bacolod City Negros Occidental. The restaurant is open from Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 8 PM and 9 PM on the weekends.
The Carmen’s Kitchen just opened a branch of its Carmen’s Cafe at Go Hotels Bacolod in response to customer demand. Carmen’s Kitchen will be the hotel’s new food provider, formally confirmed last month. Carmen’s Kitchen is available on Grabfood for individuals who would prefer delivery.

Visit and try Carmen’s Kitchen and Cafe for yourself to experience their mouthwatering dishes and Instagrammable place.
