The Bacolod City’s world-famous MassKara festival is flashing more smiles this year because it will be held from October 1 to 23, the longest festival celebration so far.
Mayor Evelio Leonardia said Bacolodnons are looking forward to an enhanced and much-improved MassKara celebration this year.
