McDonald’s FIRST NXTGen store in Bacolod City and Negros Occ
This part of the 53-hectare Northill Gateway township right at the boundary of Bacolod City and Talisay City along the New Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road is now fast taking shape.
Megaworld is now constructing the first-ever McDonald’s NXTGen store in Negros Occidental, just beside the iconic Bacolod City Welcome Marker.
NXTGen is a new store format of McDonald’s that is equipped with a multi-point service system that enables a fast, convenient, and seamless experience.
Featuring a modern industrial design, the free-standing McDonald’s NXTGen store in Northill Gateway will feature innovations such as Self-Ordering Kiosks and Drive-Thru Services with Hand-held Order Taking System. The store will also have a green wall, alfresco dining area, ‘Bike and Dine Area’, and its own McCafe. It will also have its own Delivery Services.
The store will have a parking area with 28 slots for vehicles. Bike racks will also be available for bike owners.
“Megaworld is excited to have its own unique and first-in-the-province McDonald’s NXTGen store right in front of our Forbes Hill residential village. This will really make the entire township even more promising as this heralds the start of our vibrant commercial developments within Northill Gateway. Our plan is to open this Megaworld-owned store just in time for Christmas,” says Jennifer Palmares-Fong, vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Visayas.
The new McDonald’s store will just be a few steps away from Forbes Hill main gate. This will allow convenient access to the future residents of the village.
Currently, several lot owners in Forbes Hill are already starting the construction of their houses. Megaworld Bacolod reports around 80% of the village lots have already been sold. The Clubhouse, which features amenities such as a ballroom, game and entertainment room, fitness center, swimming pool, business center, and a basketball court, is now fully completed.
Sizes of residential lots in Forbes Hill range from 449 square meters to 831 square meters.
“Forbes Hill is now professionally managed by Asia Affinity, which has the expertise in hotel-inspired services in property management. Lot owners now have full access to the Clubhouse,” adds Palmares-Fong.
