Manokan Country and Chicken Inasal

Manokan country housed a couple dozens of stalls serving Bacolod’s most sought-after Chicken Inasal. This strip is the very heart of barbecue chicken in the Philippines and the serving traditions here are the most authentic way to eat chicken inasal. When you visit there you’ll see food items are displayed at the entrance to the restaurant. You can already order chicken inasal even before you enter.

Aida's Manokan Country

The Best Bacolod Chicken Inasal for me can be found in Aida’s Manokan. What I like about their Chicken inasal is that it is fresh and juicy. A dash of garlic oil and garlic rice add to the inasal dining experience.
