Krispy Kreme is one with Bacolod City in celebrating the most awaited day in the City of Smiles, the Masskara Festival. This year, Bacolod is celebrating its 40th MassKara Festival (Ruby Year) with the theme “Bacolod, City of Smiles” from October 08 to 27, 2019. The festivity will be celebrated from Oct. 8 to 27, with several activities and merrymaking at the festival sites like the BCGC, the Bacolod public plaza, and the Lacson Tourism Strip.
